5.1. Grant Of Limited License.

All users and buyers and hereby granted a limited license for the purpose of using our app’s services. Users have the authority to share the product links and our website on their social media platforms within certain limits. You affirm, confirm and agree that you will not exploit any portion of our service and you are not authorized to use any of the services unless you have acquired prior written permission from us. 

SECTION 6 - PAYMENT, CANCELLATION, AND REFUNDS POLICY OF LADY MATCHMAKER

The users will be able to pay for a specific term of the subscription (either monthly or yearly) through Google Play or Apple Store. The user’s account will be auto-renewed after each term until either the user chooses to turn off the auto-renewal feature or the user cancels the subscription. All of the payment-related data such as credit cards, debit card information will be processed either through Google or Apple depending on the phone a person is using in order to access our app and services. All these payment platforms will treat and safeguard your data with total security and with the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of digital products. We have the right to change, add or remove any payment gateway for our business. All of the payment platforms have their own rules and regulations for data collection and data processing policies which can be read by accessing the privacy policies of these payment platforms. 6.1. Cancellation And Refund Policy Of Lady Matchmaker (App Store and Google Play)

All users can cancel their Lady Matchmaker app at any time. After the subscription, the users will only be able to use our app till the remaining days of the terms. All the subscribers can cancel their subscription based on how they originally paid the subscription:

In order to cancel the subscription, users are requested to follow the instructions outlined for each platform:

a. App Store (iOS/iPhone/iPad):

The App Store allows iOS users to make payments for recurring charges or subscriptions. The App Store charges your specified payment method automatically on the same date each month.

To cancel your subscription plan on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, please open the Settings app on your iOS device:

Go to Settings app > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.

Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.

Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID (or use Face ID if available).

Tap “Subscriptions” and select the subscription you would like to cancel.

Select “Cancel Subscription” and then “confirm.”

b. Google Play Store (Android):

The Google Play Store allows Android users to make payments for recurring charges or subscriptions. The Google Play Store charges your specified payment method automatically on the same date each month.

To cancel your subscription, log in to Subscriptions and Services. Find the subscription you would like to cancel and select “manage” and then select “cancel subscription.”. Please note that subscription cancellations cannot be undone, though you can always re-subscribe in the future. 

SECTION 7 - USE OF THE LADY MATCHMAKER SERVICES

As a condition of your use of the website and Lady Matchmaker application, you agree that:

I. You will comply with Apple and Google policies and terms;

II. You are at least 21 years of age or older;

III. You are able to create a binding obligation (such as subscriptions);

IV. You will not attempt to use the website with crawlers, robots, data mining, or extraction tools, or any other functionality;

V. Your use of the app and website will at all times comply with these Terms;

VI. You will only make legitimate purchases that comply with the spirit of the Terms of the respective offers;

VII. You have the right to provide any and all information you submit to the app and website, and all such information is accurate, true, current, and complete;

VIII. You will update and correct the information you have submitted to the website, including all account information, and ensure that it is accurate at all times (out-of-date information will invalidate your account). 

SECTION 8 - PROHIBITED CONTENT

The following type of content is strictly prohibited on our app and posting of such content will not be tolerated in any way. 

a) Children Pornography is strictly prohibited including images, videos, sketches which deem to provide an idea about kids having an explicit or sexual position or act. b) No member is allowed to post nude images of themselves or others as profile pictures.

d) Using racist, bullying, sectarianism, threatening, or using language with heavy profanity is not allowed. 

e) Persons of all genders are prohibited from sending unwanted pictures of their genitals. 

f) Posting content that either is or related to gore, death, slaughter, carnage, fetish, and other violent forms of material is prohibited.
